| Laddy Got His Neuter Today :(. He did great through the procedure but the vet said no jumping, running, or playing with the girls for a week because of his age. ( He is 3) He seems so pitiful . My question is this....Laddy is a jumper always has been how do I keep him from doing this without crating him? Any ideas please.

| My cousins Maltese is also a jumper. (About 3 years old too) After his neuter he was quite calm. I think they know (for the most part) that to jump = a little pain. After he mostly healed he was back to his ole jumping self. He was so pitiful looking too after the surgery. I'm glad Laddy pulled through it fine.

| I remember after Georgie got neutered I carried him everywhere so he wouldn't jump. I am glad Laddy did well with the surgery and hope he is back to his normal self soon

| Thank you both. The most amazing thing just happened. Since we got Kyra Laddy has adapted to her but not ever ever have the slept even close to one another. A few minutes ago he went to her crate crawled in with her and went to sleep beside her.
