| Days & nights mixed up.... HELP!!!! I picks up my yorkie girl 5 days ago. How do I keep her awake during the day after she's been up crying all night? I try & take her out of the crate & she just climbs back in. Needing a good nights sleep. |

| How old is she? Is her crate in your bedroom? That can make them feel more secure. I also have used white noise/ sound/ heartbeat in the past to calm and sooth puppies.

| I am a new Yorkie owner also. Same thing for us. We brought her home and she wanted nothing to do with the crate. She did not want to be in it at all- day or night! We have had my daughter sleep with her for a week now, this got her days and nights better. I put her in the crate during the day when I could not watch her. She cried the entire time, but I just let her. She is better during the day now, and we are going to try tonight to have her in her crate... |

| Hope is 9 weeks old & hubby is insistent that she not sleep in our room. She loves her crate during the day (I can even leave the room for approx 2 hrs). My problem is keeping her awake during the day so she would sleep at night. |
