| My yorkie sleeps in a crate beside the bed. When he was a puppy, I had the door on the crate. I could hear him if he needed to go out. Now he is 2 years old. The door was taken off long ago. If it is a cold night, he uses the crate as a step and jumps up on the bed to snuggle next to me. Often under the covers. If he needs to go out, he will wake me with a whine or by standing on me... He will occasionally use a paper pad that I leave in the hallway and one beside the door to go outside. I also take him out first thing in the morning. It takes a long time to train these little ones. Try to be patient and consistant...it will eventually pay off.

| Harry's in a big crate in our bedroom, where he can see and smell us When he was tiny, we shut his door - now it's always open but he doesn't come out - it's his den and he generally sleeps 10-12 hours.... It is hard work at the beginning....where are you sleeping your Littlie now? Sally + Harry x |

Then I have to tell Titus its time to get up. He always rolls on his back as if to say...do I have too...They are really snuggly guiys at night |

| My baby either sleeps in her bed that sits next to mine, in her puppy playpen - also in my room, or in the bed with me. Usually it's a toss-up between my bed and hers. SHe's only in her playpen if she hasn't gone potty and I know she needs to and I'm really tired, sick, sleepy. CoCo's last bathroom break is between 10:30 - 11:30pm. She is sleeping all night. If she sleeps in her bed, she puts her 2 front paws up on the side of my bed and whiles for me to get up. Wish she did this every time she had to potty! |

Katie Scarlett's Mommy Donating Member | When Katie Scarlett first came home, she stayed in her 'potty training puppy apartment' thing at night. It is a crate with a little bedroom on one side and a potty pad set up on the other side. Once she had the pottying down, I moved her to a big girl bed right outside her ptpa. Now that she is older and fully potty trained she sleeps either with my husband and I or in her big girl bed in the kitchen.

| Gabby is in the bed. I tried to crate train her. Dh is the one that couldn't last through the second night of whining in the crate and put her in the bed. She's been in the bed ever since and has taken a spot right above my head. We have to stack a few pillows up for her or she won't lay down. If she gets cold in the night, she'll come down off her pedestal and curl up next to dh. |
