| NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO not the buddy belt I brought Brew into work with me today. he was sleeping nicely in his crate...or so i thought.... turns out he was happily chewing through his buddy belt!!!!!! he's had it for at least 6 months and never bugged at it at all. he normally just wears it for walks, but since he was in our open office i wanted to make sure i could snap a leash on him quickly. crud. well that's a fifty dollar mistake you only make once... |

| Drats....now that's a costly chew. That stinker was obviously a very busy little guy.

| Oh no!!! Well, BB does state that from "a puppy to adulthood, the average dog will require 3 BUDDY BELTS". So, as you've already gone through one, you need to make the other two last extra long Look on the bright side...you could pick a new colour this time!

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Lol, some dogs love the smell of real leather and can't resist. I think you might want to spay the next one with bitter apple every now and then.

| This is a lesson I learned the hard way too. My baby will try to chew it off, if left to his own devices and I've forgotten to remove it. I was able to sew mine back together. You could try or take it to a shoe repair store - you have nothing to lose.

| Yeah...some pups really do a lot of chewing. A foster puppy I had once chewed two of my pups' collars....and one was a Louis Vuitton. My fault for buying such an expensive collar I guess.

wow! there are soooo many colors now! thanks for the link. they are blowing this one out at petcetera for like only $17 (50%off). it's a Love harness that is supposed to take pressure off the spine by having a floating D ring. i think i'm going to try it out for a temp harness until the other gets maybe fixed. anyone used one of these? it looks kind of wierd. http://www.petcetera.ca/getmetafile/...axSideSize=275 | |
