| Ears up..Ears down..Ears up...and so on Just a quick question My babies are 2 months old and although they´re my 4th and 5th yorkies,I cant remember when the ears are supposed to stand up right now.. The thing is,their ears seem to stand one day,and totally flop the next, and sometimes Im worried that they´ve hurt them selfs whilst playing or something (they tug each others ears). Everyone keeps telling us "OMG dont touch their ears EVER or they´ll never stand"..but these pups can be rough and they seem to drag each other around by them I cant remember if my previos babies went through up and down stages,so could someone please refresh my memory? Floppy one day and almost up the next..is this ok? Thank you in advance

| Hi, i guess when the ears stand up is different for yorkies. Even some never stand, my oscar is 7 months and his ears are still not up. You can try keeping the top half of their ears shaved so they will be less heavy, maybe that will help. Mostly you just have to wait and see |

| I'm not really sure what's normal. Sophia's ears just slowly started to stand at about 3 months. They went from being down, to being like 3/4 of the way up and then ultimately ended up standing. Brody, on the other hand, is 6 month and his are up one day down the next!

| I taped Lucy, Roxy, and Zoey's ears til they were done teething to give the ears extra support. They have their mom's satellite dish ears. Now based on their moods their ears will go up and down as adults too cute.

| A lot of pup ears tend to go up and down when the pups are teething. Max's ears were up from day one, Abby was up and down - now both up. I did keep the hair on their ears trimmed and still do. |
