| Oh the places we will go.... So I was just mentioning elsewhere that I can take Somi pretty much anywhere and have yet to have someone complain about her. Given she is ridiculously quiet and well behaved in public, which is just crazy and her little personality. She has yet to bark in public...pretty much the only time she barks is when someone comes home and she is excited. (it is also a tiny adorable rah rah rah bark) So places I have taken her in her sling bag... School (I'm a grad student at Rice University). She goes with me to class, to lab, to teach lab, to meetings, etc. I have even had profs ask me where she was when I didn't bring her with me. [Joli has gone with me at times, but only when quiet isn't needed so more informal lab settings because she is the opposite of quiet] Malls. This one was worse on her than other people, sensory overload. So I try to only take her to crowded places for short periods of time. Other shopping stores. TJMax, Marshalls, Ross, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, etc etc etc. Those are the best because they usually aren't super crowded so we can just mommy daughter shop. and my favorite. Grocery Stores!! The first few times I was super paranoid and just didn't want to leave her in the car when it was an unplanned stop, but no one ever said anything to me. And now I have even had manager type people tell me how cute she is. I have only tried restaraunts that specifically allow dogs in the outside seating area, but I could probably manage to get her inside without anyone noticing. I mean, she is less messy and gross than babies sometimes. And I have been trying to take her to the movies, but my BF always shoots me down. This came up the times when we were randomly trying to think of things to do and she was with us. Or right before/after her LP surgery (which it has only been a week so I still wouldn't want to leave her for too long) and I didn't want to leave her home alone too long. Since she rarely barks and I have easily snuck in extra large sodas that are smaller than her I could definitely get her in. I tried taking Joli places like that when she was little, but she never got passed barking at everything ever no matter what I tried. So she couldn't be my shopping buddy. So anybody else manage to take their furbabies in stores that have or assumed to have "no pet" policies???

| ZoE isn't tiny but I've taken her to most the places you've mentioned, including the movie theatre! It went really well other than the one point when a dog in the movie barked & she barked back

| Lola goes all over with me as well, while she does not bark she hates to be hidden so I am having a sling type pouch made. Take a look at my albums and you will see pictures of our outings.

| Mine are too large to fit in a purse so they just go where dogs are allowed however we do other fun things like organized dog walks
