| Am I even doing this right? Millie is never more than 2 steps behind me...and I love that about her. However, since I let her follow me she pee and poo where ever the mood strikes her. So I decided to put the baby gates back up and limit her to the kitchen area. Now when ever i walk out of the kitchen she cries and barks for me. it makes me feel really bad but I can't let her use my carpets for a toilet , right? Anyway... my question is..is this a good idea for house breaking. i will add I spend the majority of my time in the kitchen anyway,so that is why I chose to enclose her in there. |

| cocoa stays in the kitchen. She comes out sometimes into the rest of the house but She is to little to have free run and since they are sissies Im sure millie is smaller or around the same size. Cocoa eats everything she finds and with two kids it is just easier to make sure she isnt finding things harmful running around. I go in the kitchen and play and type and cook and take her on walks or with me to visit the kids in their rooms or they play in kitchen. I dont know if it is right or wrong but it is what works for us right now and Cocoa tries to get out but the first thing she does is picks somehting that I havent seen up in her mouth. She dosent get ignored in there but Millie knows that she is loved and I think they need thier smaller spaces until they are a little older. She will get the hang of the pee pads. Have you put a pad in all the rooms it may just be that it takes to long to try to find the pad. But im as new as you with our girls so this may not even help. Cocoa said to tell millie she misses her
