YT 2000 Club Member | Jazzie Update Jazzies been on the antibiotics for 2 days now and I can already see an improvement. She's starting to pee normal now AND actually going back on the puppy pads, no more accidents!! She's also back to eating normally and ON TIME like she did before she was spayed. Stools are back to normal also, I'm pretty relieved :-) Now, to just keep her calm till Saturday when she goes back to see doc. I sure hope they can take her stitches out then and she gets the all clear to play and do the things she normally does. Her and Mags soooo want to be back together playing. I also can't wait to bath her, last time I bathed her was on the 16th, and I normally bath her once a week or every week and a half. The at home directions said she could have a bath, but doc said to wait till her stitches were out. Come on Saturday!!

YT 2000 Club Member | Believe me, I had me worried to. Years ago, one of our other furbabies had to have an ER surgery, she came open at the incision site and the surrounding tissue had to be cut out and she had to be reclosed. I don't want Jazzie to have to be put under for another procedure, specially with her being so lil. The infection had me scared as well. I'm just trying to stay positive and wanting nothing but good news on Saturday.

| I guess I missed that she had been sick. Was it a UTI? I haven't heard of a vet using removable stitches in years. All the vets around here use the self absorbing kind for spaying. Apparently some vets still use the other kind. Hope little Jazzie keeps improving and staying well. |

| Wonderful news! I'm sure you are relieved. I can certainly understand that. It's been a long road, but you're getting there. It will be so nice when the two can play together again, too.
