| Can you auction dogs off online? I'm into penny auctions and there's this one idiot guy (I think he's a scammer anyway) who said he was going to put two pit bull puppies on his penny auction site! I told him he better not or I'm going to report him! Well, he backed off and changed his mind, thank God, but little does he know they were idol threats! I wouldn't know where to report him or even if he's allowed to put them up! So, does anyone know the rules in case he gets stupid and decides to change his mind? I told him I'd be watching.

| I wouldn't be surprised if you can auction them. I would think it would depend on the rules of the auction site itself. Does it have the rules for the auction posted somewhere on the site?

| Oh man don't say that! You don't think there's a law? I've never seen dogs auctioned online. Have you?

| I know ebay doesn't allow anything living or dead to be auctioned off... surely the same would apply for these penny sites? They make SOOO much money though, so who knows...

| I hope not, either. It's just that nothing surprises me anymore. There are already auctions that sell dogs anyway. Puppymills, ya know?
