Yorkie Yakker | Sammy's training Sammy is now 10 weeks old and he is the smartest little thing ever. I have been giving him a bath every week since I got him on Dec 20. He lest me bath him and comb him without a problem. I also have been trimming his hair a bit. The first time I tried to brush his teeth he threw a fit. Screamed like I was hurting him, which I wasn't. Tried to trim his nails with the pet trimmel. He hated te noise so we had to do it with the kitty clippers. He also is not found of the blow dryer but is slowly getting used to it. I am crate training him and he is very good. He will let me know with a little bit of noise when he has to do his business. I take him out and he does what he needs to. I think he is also learning from his boxer big brother Gohmer. He still has his accidents in the house (does not like the pee pads) but he is a baby and he pee's alot. All in all I am pleased with his progress. I work from home so I have an advantage! |
