| for those wondering if its working... two week after we brought our little boy home, he is now exclusively using pee pads. We had our ups and downs over the past two weeks, but then something just clicked. Now he just stops whatever he is doing at the time and zooms to the pee pad. Its been three days now and he has used the pee pad every time, at the time of his choosing. We are so impressed. I still expect the occasional mistake, but for the most part, he has been going way out of his short little legs way, to make the pee pad. He looks so proud when we are excited for him( and relieved for us). Funny, the first couple of times he went on his own, he back tracked a few times to make sure we were watching( we are always secretly watching of course.. peeking around the corner to see what he was doing). As soon as he confirmed we could see him, he went straight to the pad. Now he does not seem to care. If he has to go, he just takes off running to his little pad. | Very good! He's proud of his little self. Josie and jack use their 99% of the time. I still praise them when I see them use theirs. |

| we were thinking he got really tired of us hovering over him while on the pee pad, saying incessantly , " go pee pee, go pee pee, go pee pee....". I could see him looking up at us in confusion, wondering what in the world we were going on about. I like to think he understood us, but im pretty sure he just figured out how to get rid of those two people staring at him and making weird noises during his most private of moments... |
