| extremely tiny yorkies If posting this site is against the rules please close it. I found this breeder who breeds extremely tiny yorkies, and refers them to having apple heads, only Chihuahua's have apple heads or so I thought!, I don't see how the babies can eat they are so tiny.. Ive read on here, there is no such thing as teacup yorkies, which I agree to me a yorkie is a yorkie, there all so darn cute regardless how big or small they are. So I'm wondering these tiny yorkies, do they live long, or have health problems later on in life even thought they are being taken care of. I think they are adorable an all but.... just so tiny - YORKYMOM's HOME PAGE |

| To me, apple head = deformity and illness. I would never consider a pup from a breeder who writes the things this breeder has on her front page about "know it all" breeders.

| I agree, their head is so big you can barely see their mouth.. I feel sorry for yorkies or any breed being bred this small, the way I see it all they see is $$$. If they needed treatment of any kind the medicine alone would prolly kill these tiny babies. its just sad |

This person knows nothing about breeding Yorkies, and there's so much more to a Yorkie besides his or her weight. If you want a smaller Yorkie there's plenty around in the 4-5 pound range, and that's really tiny for a full grown dog. Most of these breeders who advertise ultra tiny dogs often sell dogs who end up being much larger than standard. It's better to go to a reputable breeder who understands genetics.

| I missed that gem. Well, I have watched neurosurgery up close, but I don't think anyone is going to let me operate on their brains.

| id be worried about the payment plan, it's nice of her to let you pay the puppy out but, what if the puppy died while your still paying on it, do you get your refund back? besides the deposit.. |

YT 1000 Club Member | Be careful because the pup would most likely have an open font or what is called a honeycomb font which is several open fonts and also the possibility of Hydrocephalus (spelling?) It makes me sad to see so called breeders exploiting the tiny Yorkies just to make money.
