| oh poo! today has just been packed full of poo! no matter where i turn, there is poopy talk! i'm thrilled to hear about Macks poop (go you!) but from 10am (13hrs ago)... nothin but poo on forums and beyond (aka floor), so i may as well join in! my sis has just got a kitty, Melody, and her 'chorkie', pixie, has taken to eating this strange delicacy that Melody can make in her tummy by magic, like its going out of fashion! and she was even lovely enough to not only share by creating a gaseous toxin, but to throw up all over me, just to be nice! from the doggy point of view (asking on cat forum to), apart from lifting the litter tray out of pixies way, how else could this be discouraged? Melody is only 10-11 weeks, so lifting the tray up from pix may make things difficult for Mel!? i wish that everybody poops was a lie!

YT 1000 Club Member | It's surprising how many Dogs eat Kittypoop. I'm thinking a Cat Owner may be upset a little, given the Cat doesn't process all those $ they push down the Cat's throats. Easiest way, like you've said, is to elevate the LBox. This really can put some intense focus on your Dog's Dental Hygiene.

| I have the same problem. Brandi loves cat poo and will actually run around the house with it in her mouth before eating it. What I basically had to do was get a cover for the litter box and then turn it facing the wall with just enough room for kitty to get in. Brandi can't get to it but the cat still can. Because my cat is so much older and not as healthy anymore, placing it up high was not an option for me. |
