Senior Yorkie Talker | If I hear this one more time... Pet Peeves... I know we all have our pet peeves when it comes to work, and just basically life in general... But I have some BIG ONES when It comes to my fur babies!! If I hear this one more time... I WILL SCREAM!! These pertaining to Yorkies and little dogs in general... Are they ankle biters... First off NO MATTER the size I wouldn't put up with ANY biting from any dog!! You need to show the dog who the parent/master is and if you let the dog bite you they WILL bite others!! DUH it is common sense. You wouldn't let your human child bite someone, WHY would you let your furbaby? They are just dogs lighten up... Ok ONE person says this to me, my sister and I believe she says it so she can feel better about ignoring her dogs all day long, that in itself ticks me off to NO END!! They are outside rain or shine, hot or cold from 6:30 am till 9 or ten at night. No attention from ANYONE, well I do as much as I can. But the next time she says that to me I am going to pop a cork or something!! The last time she said that to me Nicky got out and ran out front, where the main road is, he could have been hit and killed and all she could say to me was... Calm down he's just a dog. I could have clobbered her that night but I was to upset to even think strait. I should have said, so if he gets hit and killed I shouldn't cry or be upset, because after all he is just a dog, no need to care or get upset about it... MAN THAT TICKS ME OFF TO NO END... If you feel that way about the animal or animals then DON'T HAVE THE DOG or DOGS!! UGH!! He/She is to small for his age... Another one that makes my blood boil... first off how do you know how old my Nicky is and second you are NOT a vet nor do you have a scale so shut your yapper!! UGH What are some of your pet peeves or thing that the next time you hear your gonna scream!!

| I just wish people had some restraint. In the suburbs, Kaji is way too big to be a "real" yorkie. So is he a knock off I got downtown? in my neighborhood, he's too small to be a "real" dog. Recently, my dad asked me to bring Kaji to his bible study class. The teacher wanted to meet him. I went, and 2 of my dad's classmates couldn't stop laughing at my rediculously tiny dog. If I hear any more comments on Kaji's size, I'm gonna!!!!!!..... Do nothing. I'm too nice and too much of a coward to say anything.

| My baby bites when people go to leave. Any advice would be appreciated, as I've gone through 3 trainers with no luck.... My 1st biggest pet peeve is, it's not like he's a human..... OMG, REALLY????? So a living breathing human is different from a living breathing animal. Tell me why or how you came to that conclusion because in my opinion animals are dumbed down by humans. My second is ohhhhh he's a scarey little guy I better keep away from that rat. My dog is not a rat and furthermore he probably has more personality than YOU! ok i'm done that felt good...LOL

| It bothers we when people think bigger yorkie means fat. Also one that kinda just annoys me is Callie wears a pink collar, a pink harness, and a pink leash and sometimes pink clothing and people will still sometimes say he.

| People don't usually say stuff out of line, at least that know me, as I set everyone straight when I first got Princess. But I did get a strange look from my manager the other day when I requested some days off to take her to the vet. It was priceless & I'm sure he had something on the tip of his tongue. One thing that did slightly offend me was when I talked to the new neighbors & told him if Princess was ever a (barking) problem to let me know. He said it was ok because his sister rescued a yappy chi. Whatever.

| I hate when people think they know more about /your/ breed than you! blargh! I've had so many arguments with people over usage of the term "teacup", but they will swear up and down that it's a total other breed of yorkie, because they couldn't possibly be the same as the regular sized ones. /facepalm |

| I get annoyed by judgements about her size too. She's 4.3 pounds at 5 1/2 months old. I think she's a good size but people make remarks like "How small are these dogs going to get?" Like I had her purposely engineered or bred to be small. I just don't get why there needs to be judgement either way...big or small. |

| About 9 times out of 10 when Cody meets someone new they ask if he is a teacup. It's so predictable! And every time I have to explain that no, he's just a puppy. And he will likely only be around 6 pounds even he's full grown, which is actually a perfectly normal size for his breed. They're just small dogs, dammit. |

YT 1000 Club Member | I so love my Romeo and hate it too when anyone refers to him as "just a dog". NO, he's not just a dog but my SON whom I treat with same equality as my 2 daughters.

| Well, to me, people like that don't need animals Period!. I hate seeing dogs outside, tied up, 24/7, 365 days. That's no life at all. Why do you have the dog then, it you have them outside? I never understood that. |
