♥Trained by my pups♥ Donating YT 500 Club Member | Guess what I just chased up a tree Lily was having a fit. I have a fenced in yard so I let her out. Maddi was already sitting on the deck so thought nothing of opening the door and letting her out. Well she tore off the deck and to the big oak tree. And up the tree ran a baby oppusum. Now she is trying to climb the tree. Needless to say I had to get her back in as she just had surgery on Tuesday. And needs to relax. They little ones make me laugh daily.

| Ally does the same thing. She has actually climbed the neighbor's tree going after a squirrel, which she dearly loves. Now the tree had mud/muck in the middle, so she was a site when I got her down! Squirrel chasing/watching is her most favorite past time. Hope your baby recovers from her surgery and is able to chase critters again soon! |

♥Trained by my pups♥ Donating YT 500 Club Member | Thanks she is doing very well. She was spayed on Tuesday. So I am trying to keep her calm. Not a easy job. I bet the squirrels do keep her busy

♥Trained by my pups♥ Donating YT 500 Club Member | It amazes me how they know everything that is going on inside and out. We have three sliding glass doors one in living room one in kitchen and one in the entry way. So they can almost see around the whole house. They run from window to window checking things out. Had it been a bigger oppusum I may have worried but when I saw it climb the tree it was not very big... It learned it better stay out of the dog yard. I have yorkie watch dogs out there lol

| Oohhh my boys almost got a baby possum in the back yard this weekend too! It was running behind a fence and they saw it and took off after it. It played dead behind the fence but it's ear and fur was sticking through. Those things are UGLY!!! LOL The dogs were obsessed! They are too funny! I had to carry them back in because there was NO way they were leaving that fence on their own will with it still there.

| Aren't they supposed to be nocturnal? I would be worried if they were sick or not. |

♥Trained by my pups♥ Donating YT 500 Club Member | This one was out at dark . This spring early after a bad storm. I had like four of them that must have fallen out of there nest. They where just chatter boxes. And yes they are ugly but as long as they are not bothering me I don't mind them. Last year I had one in the dog fence that I thought was dead. Pulled the dogs inside and went to get the shovel to scoop it up. By the time I got back to it. It was looking at me. It was playing dead. I feed my wild cats and that one ate with them all winter. I had a lady at my home one night. And her husband had not came in. He called her and told her not to come out there was a oppusum at the door. I explained no this oppusum is not going to attack her just looking for supper.lol. I am very kind hearted and as long as they do not cause a problem they can stay. Now if they attacked my dogs that would be another story

| Yeah it was night when we found it. It was the last potty break of the night at around 1030pm. We have grape vines in that part of the yard and we have all kinds of animals that come up and eat from them at night. The last 2 nights we have had a HUGE raccoon climbing the arbor (which is only a foot below our bedroom window) and eating the grapes. Possums are there all the time. I get so freaked out taking the boys out at night, never know what I'll find in the yard.
