| Frustration Granted this isn't a Yorkie thing, I bought a new car seat from Booster Dog Car Seats - Pet Car Booster Seat - Doggie Car Seats and Gizmo seems to get really car sick in it. I'm trying to get a hold of their customer service line, and it's like pulling teeth. I just want to see if I can exchange it, it's not like I want my money back. Grrr!

| Oh my, I'm sorry to hear that...it worked wonders for my Bella. Do you have the seat set up in the back seat or the front seat? Bella started out riding in the front seat (with air bags off) and she did better than in the back seat. I also noticed that it helped in the beginning not to feed Bella prior to a car trip. I'd feed her after we arrived to a destination but not before. Also, as she got older...I think that had something to do with it because now she can ride in her seat next to Abby & Phoebe in the back seat with no problems. Just in case you are a speed demon...lol...that won't help her tummy either. I drove with my son one day and after seeing how he was driving...it's no wonder his Beagle had tummy issues while driving! Well, hopefully you can find a way to help your Gizmo...

| He does fine in the car seat in my husband's car, but in this one he seems to get a little bit sick. I have it in the back seat, just because I'm worried the air bag snesors will fail in a crash. Still on hold! -.-

| Is he up high enough so he can see out? Is it big enough for him to stretch out? Which seat do you have and what's different about the one in your hubby's car? ZoE seems to like riding in her carseat and is definately alot let anxious when she is in it than when she was when she traveled the car in her crate.

Good luck with their customer service. I ordered 2 new seats, only received one (with no tether) and could NOT get anyone to either return my calls or my emails. Luckily I had used paypal and filed a grievance with them and was able to get my money refunded. Good Luck - hope it works out for you. I hope no one else uses this company!

| My messages are starting to get kind of mean. So much for an A+ BBB rating.

| No idea, but the one I got from PetSmart in my husband's car he has no problem with. I'm thinking it may be that he sinks in more, or maybe the teather, even at it's shortest, is too long.

| I know I shortened the tether cos I still have the leftover scrap I cut off in my sewing kit. But then I got paranoid after hearing from a lady at my vet who lost her Chi in a car accident & it was in a console booster seat, but still flew foward as the airbags deployed and was killed. So, I bought another tether that is more heavy duty and clips into the actual seatbelt and attaches to her harness. I also use a folded blanket in her seat for comfort and for easy of cleaning it if she gets dirty on our trips to the walking trail.

| Just an update I e-mailed the administrator, and she e-mailed me back almost immediately. Funny how that works, huh?

Katie Scarlett's Mommy Donating Member | So sorry you're having problems. I'll have to remember this when it comes time to order our carseat and look elsewhere. Hope you can get it figured out!
