Donating YT 2000 Club Member | Brielle, Jersey and wildlife!!! The 3 are going to be the death of me. This can only happen to me. I'm thinking my backyard is bizzaro land with Bri getting stuck under the shed this summer and Jersey with the Bot fly, now this! I come home from work, come in let the Jer and Bri out, they going running across the yard like they always do. Next thing I see is a deer running full speed trying to find a way out, he tries to jump the fence and didn't make it! At this pioint he is on the ground thrashing his head and legs around, Jer and Bri are barking and jumping trying to get him. I am so afraid he is going to trample them or pound them with his legs, I screaming at the top of my lungs for the to get away ( I'm not good in panic situations.lol) It was total chaos! I am finally able to scoop Bri up and I'm yelling at Jersey come come get away get away and he listened. WE got in the house and I could see the deer is trying to stand but can't get up. I once again called the police for a back yard animal emergency ( {I am sure they think I am a loon). The office came and was very nice told me what he had to do and then put the deer out of his misery. I felt bad for the deer but so thankful nothing happened to Brielle or Jersey

| OMG I would have been terrified! You don't realize how large deer are until they're right in front of you! Thank goodness the pups weren't hurt!

| Oh Wow!!!! I would of been freakin out Very scary. Thank God Brielle and Jersey did not get hurt. We had a deer come up to the fence a big buck with antlers, did not know they would or could jump a fence. Glad everything turned out ok.

Carmen we have so many too! They usually jump the fence no problem but I guess with Jer and Bri chasing it, he must of been so scared. I have you seen any bear in your area?

| Ok Brielle and Jersey. You are going to have to give mommy a break here. Are you trying to make her have a heart attack? No more going around the shed, no more bot flies, and no more deer! You got that!? Now be good little furbutts and go give mommy some extra kisses!! PS. It is ok if the animal emergency people think you are crazy! I called them over a skunk and I think they are still laughing at me to this day!

| OMG Laurie, you do lead an exciting life In all seriousness though, it is a wonder the babies weren't hurt by a scared deer. They can be very dangerous when cornered. Glad all ended well except for the poor deer.

I just looked outside and there were three deer in the pasture next to us. No Yorkies allowed outside! Ha ha. Brielle and Jersey proved that one!

| We do see deer around but thankfully not in the yard. Now we are really nervous as our next door neighbor saw bear tracks in the dew Monday morning and his bird feeders were demolished!! YIKES |

| That is scary! We get a ton of deer around here living on a farm and all. We don't own the farm but our backyard is basically 90 acres of farmland, so deer are always around. One time, Jackson spotted them and ran off after them when his leash broke... darn dog chased away probably 15 deer and came running back all happy and proud-- gave me a heart attack... he was probably about 9 months old at the time. Unfortunately, I see at least two-three dead on the side of the road every day. They are everywhere around here.... Whew, so glad they are okay!
