Donating YT 500 Club Member | I think the best thing to do for Lance is find a food that works and stick with it. Changing around can often cause upset stomach and adding alot of extras into a diet can mess up the balance of the puppy food. If you want to add something, try mixing in a little wet food. I sometimes add a Tablespoon to Taycie's dry food and she loves it.

| I only feet Acana-Ranchlands and Grasslands to my foster dog Izzy, and will only feed the same to Maci when she arrives. It really does wonders for their health all around, especially the coat! I have never heard of mixing in cooked meats and veggies. I've heard of a raw diet though. If it's what is working for you guys then i wouldn't change it on him. Keep is consistant. |

| My breeder had my babies on a mix of dry and wet dog food. I took them to the vet a few days after i brought them home and the vet recommended weening them off of the can food. I started mine on Wellness Just for Puppy Small breed. Abby's stools were a little too soft for my liking and she had the gurgles. I had her poop tested for worms, but that was negative. I switched them to Royal Canin Yorkshire Terrier puppy. They have both taken to that very well. And after a few months they still like it. You will get a lot of great suggestions and reviews from YT members. Bottom line, with some of these guys being as finicky as they are, the best food may be whatever food they will eat. |
