| Shield got neutered today Shield is now home laying next to me sleeping. He seems well after getting neutered. Just tired & sore. We were trying to keep him from messing with his boo-boo's & from jumping around. He seems to have done better with this then getting shots. He had a terrible reaction to the lepto vaccine @ last vet appt.. I stressed to the vets they do not give him a booster of lepto --no way. They didn't-- thank goodness. So glad that he is doing well so far, even ate well. He may feel worse in the morning, hopefully nothing gets infected. |

| When Kaos was fixed I put a shirt on him and lightly ace bandaged it so he wouldn't go for it, which he would have if I hadn't. I couldn't bare to keep the cone on him. He was miserable and couldn't relax with it. Glad your boy is ok. He sould heal fast enough.

| Thank you all. Shield is doing well. It is difficult at times now trying to keep him from jumping & wanting to play. He has tried to lick his stitches a few times but listens pretty well with it. They did tell us if we needed a collar to keep him for biting, to let them know. So far i think we are still ok. His stitches and all look kinda nasty stil. |

| So glad he's bounced back so quickly. Howie goes for his "snip" in a couple of weeks time. |

| Aw, poor guy. Feel better. Jackson had a bad reaction to lepto, too, it's so scary.

| Glad he is doing well. All the extra snuggles and attention certainly helped him heal fast! What is the lepto vaccination and is it recommended for all dogs or dogs in certain areas of the country? |
