| my rescue Savannah It's been a long while since I've posted because I've had some life changes and I'm moving. It's hard to believe I've had this little rescue in my life 7 months and all the strides she's made. she hit her 5th birthday on August 15th and for her this will be a brand new year of life outside the crate/caged life she new in the past. The one on one mommy is much to her liking being an only child is like heaven to her. She has done extremely well with a lot of effort in the being a gracious house dog host. My daughter works at a vet clinic and gosh at any given time I can be the place a feral cat might be recovering in a cage after being fixed or my daughter is here with a strange dog that needs a home and she's taking it in for a while. She is exceptional with my grand dog the pom who gave us quite the scare on 4th of july with congestive heart failure that came on suddenly and we thought we were going to lose her. Thanks be to god she's on meds and doing fine. I captured this video of my little girl today who is weighing in at a proper 4.2lbs instead of her underweight 3.2lbs when I brought her home. she's a tad of a wild child with her cotton coat she always looks like she's never been brushed but its really adorable and in my opinion much easier to care for than my binky's silk coat was. I hope the video shares and she didn't harm the cicada I took it away from her and put it in the woods because I felt bad for the bug. However, video taping this moment was a must because even bugs are new to her even at 5 years of age. |

| thank you its just heart lightening to see her chasing a bug because those leaves at one point was something she was terrified of just a few short months ago. |
