Tails I have found a three year old Yorkie girl in need of a home, and I am strongly considering it. Does it matter that she has a full tail?

Not at all. Some areas people do not dock the tail because they think it is unnecessary. My friend has three yorkies - two with a docked tail and one with a full tail. It certainly adds to her charm. Long tail or short tail, they are all great.

| No it doesn't matter that she has a full tail. My late Molly had a beautiful tail. And My Allie that we adopted in March has a beautiful tail as well. I just love it. The tails are so expressive.

I just wanted to make sure there was no specific reason to dock a tail. Personally, I that it is a little cruel, but that is just me. This would be my third Craigslist baby! Grrr Waiting for the poster to email me. At least she would have a good life with me.

Can't wait to see a photo. She will be lucky to have you (or will you be lucky to have her?) and a new forever home! I love the bumper stickers that have the paw print and say "Who Rescued Who?" Hope they contact you soon.

It is only cosmetic. I wish AKC would allow Yorkies with a full tail to be shown.

At first I was told someone was going to pick her up this after noon. Then I got an email about five o'clock that who ever picked her up by six o'clock could have her. There is no way I can pick her up by that time in rush hour traffic. The poster also has not answered any questions about her. I am very suspicious at this point. I do not think this is going to work out. Last edited by TWUladybug; 07-11-2011 at 02:43 PM.
