| New Great Food AT Petsmart. I went to petsmart today to look for a pet dryer for Ruby and they were sampling Deli Fresh Pet Foods it great . It can only be refrigirated and it comes like in a pate roll. Its made out of chiken rice and vegetables. Ruby really loved it. They also have other flavors and most importantly it has no bi-products. I think this is great a really think this will be her final diet. You guys should check it out. Here is their site www.delifreshpetfood.com |

| Hi Guys, If I am reading this right this food has a very high Fat content (22%).
Actually, PAN diets have higher protein and more complete protein than most other commercial foods. However, it doesn't look like this on the label because the different moisture levels make protein, fat, and fiber difficult to compare. A better way to do it is to compare the calories from protein of Adult formulas as below: Deli Fresh Hill's Nutro Eukanuba Protein 33% 21% 23% 27% Fat 22% 15.5% 13% 17.7%
Senior Can Dog Food is around 4% and Maintance is 6 -10% I believe.

| The roll I bought was $11 but they had a $2 coupon. So it turn out to be about $9.00. |

| I started buying Nutro packets with the chicken slices and gravy, they have only a 5.00% fat content, I mix this with some dry Chicken Soup Lovers pet, senior food which has 13% fat content, seems to work so far here. I have to be carefull about the fat content of my senior girls 6 and 8 yrs old now. They dont eat that much now anyways. As long as the foods don't list "BY-PRODUCTS" you should be safe. | Sounds almost like Natural Balance, but I don't think NB has that much fat. Sabrina loves the natural balance. NB sounds cheaper! Something maybe for treats - thanks.
