| Anyone in San Antonio? Need help finding Chinese Herbal vet I was at a New Braunfels, TX trade days today and ran into a woman who was admiring Betty Boop. She said she had an 11 year old Yorkie with the same coloring as Boop. We started talking at length. She mentioned that her dog was 3 lbs and was never spayed, and later developed mammary gland cancer. She took her dog to a Chinese Herbal, world renowned vet in San Antonio, TX and he healed the dog. The dog is cancer free and has been for a few years. She related stories of other people with similar outcomes. She said people from all over the U.S. go to him. My problem is I don't remember the name of the vet!!!!! I didn't have anything to write with and thought I could remember it. I only live about 3 hours from San Antonio. You never know when I might need him!!

| You might try this site: Tranquil Pet Vet It is not man, but might be the vet she told you about. At least this vet does not rely on Chinese modalities alone...that would bother me. I would have a difficult time believing mammary cancer was cured that way; and certainly would not just take one person's word for it.

| Thanks for the google searches. I think I may have found him. If ever needed, and I hope I never will, I want to keep him in mind. I would definitely do my research and would never just turn my baby over to a vet without doing research. Doing research on the web and taking my sick cat to a San Antonio specialist 5 years ago is what got me banned from a vet that I used for 30+ years. It injured his ego! That's another story.

I'm in San Antonio, would you mind listing the vet's name? I'm like you, I wouldn't turn Ruby over to holistic medicine without tons of research, but it never hurts to keep these things in the back of your mind. thanks, | |
