| Bella is a BARKER Help needed as soon as possible, My Husband is getting very annoyed. Our little Bella is so perfect in so many ways, but the barking is driving us crazy. She barks at everything. People come in she barks, goes out she barks. A bird flys by the window she barks. I have tried the pennies in the can, the water to the face, the ultrasonicdevice, nothing works. Husband is threatning a shock collar. I do not want to do that. I constantly tell her quiet and I know she knows the difference. What else can I do? I knew going in yorkies barked but this is over the top. Can anyone help me? By the way she will be a year old on the 17 th of this month. |

| Bella is a Barker Hello, I to have a barker. Her name is Peanut she will be 1 July 21st of this year. I have tried a water gun and squirting it at her and she just tries to eat the water you are quirting, also a can with pennies. We just bought an 8 week old yellow lab puppy and peanut loves to continue barking at her and I too do not know what else to try to end the barking. Wishing you luck. |

♪♥ Jazi & Izi's Mom ♥♫ Donating Member | My 3 1/2 yr old Cairn is a barker and an anxiety pee-er...when someone new tries to pet her. My Yorkie. only barks when the Cairn barks. I've tried everything you've tried. If I tell her to get in her crate, that helps and it's getting better as she's getting older. Praising for good behavior when she's on-leash seems to work great, btw.

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | I know you may have heard this but lots of walks and playtime might help. When barking IMMEdiately try to diatract her. Squeaky toy. Game of fetch. Call her to come Sometimes I use odd sounds like trilling and clucking with or without a smart sounding clap The idea here is to stop barking before she gets into a barking jag. Be. Very persistent stay close to her, if company is comng over hold her or leash her correct once no more than twice and in her playpen or room she goes If razz starts what often works in a high excited voice Isay come boy. Get ur bummy spanked. He. Loves gewtting hiS butt petted quickly and he is made much of
