| Allie has worms My 4 month Yorkie still has little white worms. She has been to the vet & has gotten 3 does of worm med. & STILL HAS THE LITTLE SUCKERS. Will take her back tomorrow but was wondering how many doses does it take.. She only goes on our deck. Any help would be so much appreciated .. |

| There are different types of worms. Do you know what kind she has and what is the medication being given?

My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | It sounds like Tape worms. Those sometimes have to be treated with a certain wormer. Did you vet tell you what kind of worms and what was she treated with? |

| Jada and Bogie both got tapeworms last summer. I don't remember the name of the med, but it was a pill that I gave them each half and then the other half in 10 days or so. It got rid of them but I don't remember what it was??? My DIL is a vet tech and I could ask her what the name of it was.

| Our pup had worms but fortunately the dewormer got rid of them. If it didn't our vet suggested bringing in a stool sample to test for type of worm. You should ask your vet if that would help, then they could diagnose and treat your pup right! |
