| Oh No! My Matress. Help!!!!!!!!!!!1 Ruby was sleeping with me last night and she woke up. Then A got up and I smelled a really strong urine odor. At first i just thought it was her bed but then I hit the spot. She urinated in the corner of my matress. What am I going to do? Is it going to smell bad forever? What can I clean it with? I really need help. I can't believe this happened. I wash it right away with hot water and dishwashing soap and with some other cleaner but it sems like it going to still be stinky. Those of you who sleep with your babies and have had this problem please help. |

| Try Simple Solution. It's strong at first but then the odor dissapates. I got some at Petsmart.

| You can also buy a matress cover that you can take on and off to wash if this continues to happen.

| I use woolite oxy deep and I also steam clean my mattress which I would recommend. CHloe was peeing in the middle of the night and I didnt even realize it for awhile because it was so tiny(and I thought she was potty trained at the time). SInce chloe was only going to one spot of the bed and peeing, I put a pee pad over there but also started putting a diaper on her at night(pee pad was incase the diaper came off). Now we dont have any more accidents and she sleeps without a diaper.

I also use odo ban. You can get it a wal-mart already mixed up in a spray bottle. I use to buy it from Sams and had to mix. I love this stuff. It's in the laundry ailse. I use it all the time. I personally think it's better than the vinegar. That's just me. It has euclyptus(sp) in it. It also kills odor causing bacteria.
