| Yorkie Reproach! I've been staying home quite a bit lately but today with a lot of upcoming things running through my mind, I had to run to the bank and make a stop or two, so, wanting to get it all done and over, I quickly gathered keys, sunglasses and was out the door, did my errands and returned, changed, let Tibbe out and when he came back in, without thinking I sat down on the couch and picked up the laptop, clicking onto YorkieTalk - all without hardly thinking of what I was doing. I saw a little movement out of the corner of my eye and there, standing on his doggie steps next to the couch was my little Yorkshire Terrier giving me the most pitiful, sad, disappointed and earnest look of reproach I have EVER seen. His chin was slightly up, his eyes big and soulful and his ears pinned back to his head, his little body rigid with hurt and he was torching me with that look in his big brown eyes as if to say, "HOW in the world do you go off, not take me with you and return to this house and get right back on that computer without giving me EVEN the time of day! Do I just not matter in the least to you? Am I just nothing to you now?" It was just the most judgmental yet sad look I have ever seen coming from the eyes of my little baby, no words needed to totally make me feel like a total crumb for going and coming without hardly a notice of him. There he was just giving me what for with nary a word or raised voice or tear - just a look and attitude that said a paragraph. These little dogs of ours certainly know how things should go and are dutiful to see that they do. A Yorkie will never allow himself to be taken for granted!!! Needless to say, Tibbe and I had a big love-in and he got his rightful greeting time, love, hugs, kisses and appreciation for all he means to me and lots of apologies for my thoughtlessness. I know nothing like that has happened before or will ever happen again after the look I saw on my Tibbe's face. (I think he's forgiven me but not sure yet as he got right down off the couch after our greeting and got on his Cloud 9 bed when he would usually be curled in my lap!)

| Poor Tibbe! I'm glad he set you straight! Zoe's miffed at me, too. She just had her blood drawn for her spay on Tuesday...it took them FOREVER. I'm just about to post a thread asking for thoughts for her.

| Isn't it funny how well they communicate with us? My husband and I are amazed at how they get their point across with just their facial expression and body language. They let you know everything they think!!! I'm glad Tibbe got his special time!! They get their feelings hurt easily but then they forgive just as quick!! He probably wonders how you can resist his cuteness!! (That pic of him on your avatar always kills me - such a face!) |

| Awwww....that is so sad!! He felt neglected!! Poor baby!! Ok,ok....not trying to make you feel worse!! Lol....But it does amaze me how these guys can "talk" to us with their expressions!!! Im glad he forgave you!!!! Ive gotten similar looks from Bevo before and they break my heart.....especially here lately with a new puppy...He looks downright disgusted when I hold the baby....then he will turn his back to me and WILL NOT look at me!! Little spoiled brats is what they are!!! Ha!!

| Aww! Poor Tibbe! These little guys are too smart! Levi turns circles when I close my laptop. He gets so excited that I am done with the darn computer. Glad Tibbe forgave you.

| I'm finally forgiven! I am back in Tibbe's good graces and there has been fuzzy snuggling going on! Gosh I wish humans could be so forgiving! Dogs are so great.
