| How old is your pup? ZoE's ears started to stand on their own at about 9 or ten weeks. If you look at my album, you'll see the progression from full floppy ears to erect ears.

| You can tape them to help them stand before the cartilage sets. Jon-An's Yorkshire Terriers (How to train Yorkies ears to stand)

| She is really young. Personally, I'd wait a few weeks & see if they go up on their own. If they aren't up by 12 weeks, then I'd tape them to help them along.

| One of Cupcake's ear has been up for a month. The other one started staying up yesterday. She is 3 months and 3 weeks old. I was worried too, but they are both up now. I did keep the hair trimmed off the top of her ears to take the weight off. I just used scissors and kept the long hair off. |

| Kody's ears are still down and he's 23 weeks. One came up after his first official grooming session where 1/3rd of hair was removed. Now since his neuter the one that was standing is now down again.

| Also, when yorkie puppies are teething, it affects the ears. Give it a few weeks and keep the hair on the top 1/3 to 1/2 of the ears trimmed. I thought that my babies' ears would never stand up, but after they finished teething- BINGO-they stood up! |
