| Moo Moo instead of Cluck Cluck? I took Gizmo to the vet today, simply because it's been day 3 without actual eating. He chewed on his bulley sticks, at some cheese that I threw down, and basically turned up his nose at every other type of food and/or stew that I brought home. His tests came back fine, healthy as a horse. So I was wondering, since Gizmo loves his bulley sticks and those are a beef product, can Yorkies have beef based foods? I know Canidae, Merrick, and I think Blue Buffalo make beef instead of chicken. But he has turned up his nose at every new chicken and or fish based food that I've brought home. What do you guys think?

| I would try a beef based food and see if he will eat it. It's worth a try. Good luck!! |

| I give my dogs a variety. Beef, buffalo, lamb, fish, duck, chicken, venison, and have even fed quail (Primal Raw). One of my 15 year old IGs has IBD and I can't feed her chicken or beef, so most of the foods I've been buying don't have those proteins.

| My Gran used to cook ground beef for her yorkie's evening meal, every day...for 17 years.
