| Little teapot short and stout...? Okay, so I've been looking at the size growth charts and what not and trying to determine what Gizmo's size is going to be. He is going to be 20 weeks on the 21st and last time he was weighed, I think he was 4.2 lbs. I know that size chart isn't too accurate, and I know Giz isn't overweight, but according to it he far surpassed the 6lb max limit. Do you guys think he's going to be able to join the teapot club? I know there's no way of telling, I'm just curious what your furbabies weights were at 20 weeks. By the way, supposedly his parents were both 5 lbs, but I don't know how reliable this is considering he was a BYB. Hmmm

| Oh goodness! She's in a similar boat as Gizmo. He just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Has a huge head and long legs too so I don't know if either of those help determine his weight. Wow, that makes him sound very ugly!

YT 1000 Club Member | TeaPot Club Info. Long legs, short legs, chubby, whatever... How could we love them any more than we do, even if they looked like a Turnip. I've seen a few of those Charts... And to tell the truth, I think their database is a little off ! Yorkies as a Breed, is probably one of the most versatile of any. I've herd of Cups as low as a few ounces, and Zillas passing 20 lbs, with the "OFFICIAL" weight for a Pot, being 7.1 lbs. You were aware, that there are actually five unOFFICIAL weight categories ? Just in case you/others didn't know... the YT OFFICIAL TeaPot Club Forum is located at... http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gro...apot-club.html which is mainly an area for Pictures, and some dialog, but... An Application for Membership - YT TEAPOT Club thread, is located at... http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...apot-club.html this is where most of the TeaPot discussion is located. Anyway... There's probably well more than 100 members (My Male Sneakers included) and we're looking forward to Gismo's application when he's big enough. (try doubling up on his Treats - that'll help) Have a good Day ! S.W.

Mickey was 5lbs at 6 months then he got to be 8lbs fully grown and then bounced to 9lbs (at his height) and now he's dancing around 7lbs because of his old age. wish tea pot club was around ages ago :P so i guess u will never know!!!!!

| I brought Max home at 11 weeks and he was 4.1 pounds. I just checked his records and see that he weighed 5.7 at 20 weeks. He's now 11 months and weighs 13. When my vets first saw Max they were shocked by the length of his legs He has since grown into them so nicely.

| Oh my goodness. I can't wait to see what he weights at his next vet check up. We call him Daddy Long Legs because he's little legs are so long. But once again, that doesn't really mean anything. This is exciting, it's like waiting to see how tall your kid is going to be. Thank you all for sharing! Your fur babies are beautiful, teapot or not!
