| Problem I took Ruby and Bella home with me to visit my parents for the weekend. Well i live in an appartment in the city and my parents live in a big house a few hours away in a smaller town. Well Bella my 12 week old yorkie was 90% trained on the pee pads before we went for our visit. On the weekend when we were at my parents i had a pee pad in my room for Bella at night but during the day i just took her out in the back yard with Ruby and they both did their buisness. Bella has only been outside once or twice in the city because she is so young and hasn't had her third shots yet. Bella didn't have one mistake at my parents house and she loved going outside. Well now that we're back in the city Bella will not use her pee pads and will just go on the carpet. We have been back for 3 days and she hasn't used the pee pad once She gets her third shots Nov 29th so i can start taking her outside if i want. So my question is do you think she's trying to tell me that she wants to do her buisness outside now like Ruby I agree with crate training but i don't do it nor do i want to so any other suggestions would be great

| Maggie has been potty trained since she was 5 months old. She has always gone outside. I tried the PP pads, but she thought they were something to lay on or tear up. I too live in a house with a yard. I did hear somebody say that they use a wooden frame box with soil and grass sod for their Yorkie. They placed it on the patio. After the baby pottied, they would take a doody bag and remove it from the grass.
