| Has anyone used this? Has anyone heard of Angels Delight? It is suppose to be a natural tear stain remover. This is what the site said: "ANGELS DELIGHT IS A HOLISTIC FOOD SUPPLEMENT MADE OF 100% NATURAL INGREDIENTS AND VITAMINS. Angels' Eyes still exists but is no longer legal in the UK because of the active ingredient- Tylosin. It wasn't initially designed as a tear stain product rather a FOOD SUPPLEMENT that helps with bladder stones, cataracts, patella slipping, arthritis, bowel conditions and skin conditions, it just happened that customers noticed that it also helped with the tear staining in their dogs." Ingredients: flaxseed oil, bone meal, lecithin, niacin, copper carbonate, silica aerogel, Vitamin A, Processed grain, Biotin, Carotene, Pantothenic acid, Omega 3,6,9, calcium, phosphorus, Lactobilus acidophulus, BLACKSTRAP MOLASSES, RICE BRAN, PRIMARY DRIED YEAST, SUNFLOWER SEED, FREEZE DRIED LIVER, DEHYDRATED ALFALFA, DRIED CARROT, FREEZE DRIED BONE, DRIED FISH MEAL, FREEZE DRIED OYSTER, SPROUTED GREEN BARLEY, GARLIC AND YUCCA SCHIDIGERA EXTRACT.Corn Fermentation Solubles, Norwegian Kelp, Fish Oil, Biotin, Vitamin E (mixed Tocopherols), Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Rosemary Extract and Vegetable Oils. Just curious. It seems tear stains are a battle for many of us. Ran across this looking for something else. Any one use it?

| I thought angel eyes was an antibiotic that killed the germs that naturally occur on our dog's faces? Kill the germs, stop the stains and the little odor they have on their face. I'm sorry, that's all I know. I'm not even sure if it's 100% correct.

| I know a lot of people rave about Angel Eyes. I tried the liquid formula that is applied directly on Sophie and it seemed to bleach her hair white in the corners of her eyes so I stopped using it. I didn't feel comfortable sprinkling it on her food. Maybe it was just my imagination . At any rate, I now just use a warm baby washcloth daily and that seems to work pretty well.

| Be sure to ask your vet and notify them any time your dog has any infection and needs antibiotics they have be continually treated with and exposed to them. My vet advised me against any of the internal tear stain removers (Angel Eyes being one of them) because they have an antibiotic in them and continual usage of them is problematic for small dogs (not sure it affects large dogs vet specified small dogs only and that's their specialty) because then when the dog needs antibiotics-weather it be ear drops only for an ear infection, liquid, or pills of even given at vets in and IV the vet needs to know there's been continual usage of antibiotics to then give the proper antibiotic in a different than normal dosage. My vet further specified that often dogs that have been using any product with an antibiotic they see that those dogs often have to receive treatment with pharmaceutical antibiotics for longer period or more than one regiments back to back to clear infection as they become "immune" or their body is "resistant" to antibiotics due to the continual exposure. Antibiotics are found now in a plethora of dog products even some shampoos! For tear staining (and beef staining) I have a white Miniature Schnauzer (this is the schnauzer show ppls secret don't say I gave it out LOL) I'm getting a soft kissE cone to do it next time she uses her paws to wipe at it...and I do mine firs thing in the morning and then take it off with a bath before bed. Tear/Beef Stain Recipe: 1 tsp each of Milk of magnesia, corn starch, and 3% hydrogen peroxide. Mix it into a paste, then apply to stained areas and let it dry overnight. Then you can bathe her the next day. This might have to be done a couple times. I hope this helps!! (this is Amber by the way) lol How to get skunk smell off dog... 1 quart hydrogen peroxide ~3% solution 1 cup baking soda 1 good squirt of DAWN dish soap 3 tbs lemon juice (watch around eyes it will burn) ...rub in leave for 10 minutes rinse and repeat for three days once a day

Thanks for the information! I have always been a little worried about using the Angel Eyes but this is suppose to be all natural. Think it may be too good to be true. Who knows!! Thanks for the skunk smell tip. My outside dog, a beagle, has been sprayed and smells yucky!! I will have to try this mixture.

| When you do the skunk recipe don't use Dawn in the first treatment, only use it to rinse and then use it to make a really rich lather for the second and third treatment...not sure why but only Dawn brand dish-soap in recommended-use the plain blue original formula (although someone once told me they now swear by the one with beech-I'm not going to try that personally though).
