| Dog Strollers Its that time of year to start getting outside again. And I am seriously considering getting a dog stoller, there are some great deals on amazon.com. For those of you that have them, what reactions have you encountered out in public? |

| I have mostly just taken mine to pet expos but never has anyone ever said anything negative. Callie is a teapot but it still scared me to have her on the ground in really crowded places because of her getting stepped on plus she would get nervous and do the mommy pick me up thing and 16 pounds is way to heavy to carry for a few hours so we got a stroller and she LOVES it she can reach peoples hands and get face to face with bigger dogs. We are on our second or third stroller due to the first one being a cheap one that broke fast and the second one pretty much the same thing and this one is last a lot longer and it rocks it fits Callie and my moms teapot with extra room and we havent had any problems with it.

| I use a stroller for 3 of mine. I have a pet gear pink 4 wheel stroller. I put Jackie, Sadie and Julie Anna in it and we have a great time. The only problem I have is, it takes so long to get any where because everyone has to stop and pet, talk to them and me. They love it. We went to the pet expo a few months back and it took me so long to get around because so many people thought they were so cute. I love it. I got it when I first got Jackie and Sadie because my husband is very ill, and I have to push him in his wheel chair so he pushes them. Now, we have 5 all together but It only holds 3. I have not had any negative words at all. Julie Anna is a shy little girl. I take them over to the outlets by my house and just push them around just to socialize her, but all three go along. She has come along way. From hiding in the back to sitting right in the front waiting for everyone to come talk to her. Jackie sits there and just smiles at anyone that looks her way. It is so cute.If we go out in our rv I always take it along, they usually are on a leash but when they get tired they jump right in it.

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | We bought one last summer and used it a lot during our vacation to Mackinaw. It was the best thing I ever bought because we did a lot of walking and it was just easrier on Izzy. She also did alot of walking but when she did ride, everyone thought she was so cute

| People either say oh how cute or look at me like I'm some kind of nut for having her in a stroller. There are places we go that I feel she is safer off the ground ( or for running into KMart & the like). Not everyone's dog is well behaved and don't want Leyla being a snack for a large dog. I just ignore the off comments about the stroller and we do our own thing, plus she can carry her own gear and any purchases I make. |

| I have a baby stroller I modified to fit the dogs I only have one dog but I can fit 4 in it 5 if they are all under 10 lbs and i can get one in the bottom if they are compact (this is my best friend's 12lb Maltese's seat) It is easier to push them a dog stroller I'm a bit taller so the pet strollers wear so low they hurt my back to push and they wear expensive I love the modified baby stroller there are pics in my profile if you want to see and you can pm me with any questions you may have.

| In public I have never encountered a bad reaction at all. Lots of people walk right by and say nothing, some want to stop and see the cute puppies, and others have been around for awhile and then say "OMG! I thought that was a baby in there". The only place I ever encountered a problem was on a dog board interestingly enough- there was a pack of people on the dog board who had a problem with small dogs and would always complain when strollers or bags were brought up that those of use who used them were abusing our dogs. Ha! Most of them weren't what I would call great dog owners anyway, so I no longer frequent that board! There are lots of posts on YT, with reviews about the best strollers- so you can browse around those if your interested.

| We have a blind 13 yr old 4 1/2 lb. yorkie from PRA and her younger sister 11 yrs old , same size, with one eye due to glaucoma now. They have had strollers all their lives being so small they get to see more and go farther than walking, especially around a lot of people of which we don't want them stepped on. They love the attention and we never get any negative comments only lots of photographers wanting to take their picture. We enjoy the experience as well at they do as it puts smiles on everyones face. Good luck and happy trails to you and your little ones. |

| I have had a lot of reactions here, but I've never ever seen another pet in a stroller in my part of the world! There's lots of eye rolling and laughing and exclamations If I get a chance to tell people she's paralyzed they don't say any more, but it bothers me sometimes how much people judge us for it My boyfriend doesn't care though. He'll wheel her around in her pink stroller anytime, totally oblivious to the comments!

| I tried to get a photo uploaded of the strollers we met one day while out walking near the beach but somehow they didn't attach here. The other strollers had prize Ragdoll cats in them to our surprise. |

| My DH and I went to a very popular arts and crafts festival a few towns over on Saturday. There were so many people that had their dogs in strollers. There were also lots of owners that had their little dogs leashed by their collars. DH almost had to restrain me to keep me from "educating" them about collaped trachea problems with collars vs harnesses. By the time we left the festival, my hubby was convinced that a stroller was just what we needed for our boys. He didn't think many people took their dogs to events like this--but he saw how popular dog strollers are, and how necessary they can be at times. We don't get out with our boys often enough, but a stroller will help with that! |

| I just bought Teddie a rolling puppy kennel, I guess that would be similar to a stroller. Soft and cushioned, purple in color with croc-trim and a sherpa lining. It has handles to carry when you travel via plane, the wheels come off easily for that. It has a telescopic handle, dual sided entry with both sides mesh and see through, and a zipper up top so Teddie can stick his head out and enjoy a top view. The wheels are 360 so you can move it any direction, not just forwards and back. Here's a link to it if anyone wants to see what a nut I am. | My Roxi weighs 1.8 lbs. and can't possibly walk through the whole nature trail. I always ended up carrying her. I just bought her a pink stroller (got it online from CSNstores.com $30 cheaper than the pet store. I went to the pet store first to try it out. Because of her small size, some of the strollers are way to big and she can't possibly see out of some of them) I can't remember the brand but it was the only one that had low enough screen panels so she could see out on all 4 sides without having to stand up on back legs to see out. I took her out in it for the first time last week. Most people just walked on by with a smile, some thought it was the cutest thing. The little kids got a kick out of it..."Look Mommy, it's a kitten." LOL

| I put my bunch in a stroller when we go out walking with all of them. The problem is not with other people because they think it's too cute but my husband doesn't want me to use the stroller and when I do he doesn't want to walk close to us. LOL. |
