No Longer a Member | Update on Gizmo.. Giz had diarreah one more time and proceeded to roll around in it. So in the bubbles we had to go. Lookin kind of poorly but feeling better. I know he must be starving but what to give him that won't upset him again? Here is his "After Bubbles" picture. He smells soooo much better. He said the bow was so unnecessary. |

| Im glad he is oing okay. You had quite a scare. My dogs have gotten ahold of chocolate before and were okay too but its scary. I would give him chicken and rice to eat.

| That was a lot of chocolate!!! So glad he's OK. Now that you know he likes chocolate, I'd get him some fake chocolate treats for after he feels better. For now, I'd give him Chicken & Rice. Thanks for the update!

No Longer a Member | Gizmo enjoyed his chicken yesterday, I gave him small amounts at a time and pulled it apart real small for him. The FEMA inspector showed up (finally after 6 weeks). The poor man had to use his laptop on one knee because Giz had jumped up beside him with 2 paws on his other knee just staring him down . Even gave him a slup right upside the face. Serves him right for taking so long to get here . Looks we might not have to live out of an ice chest anymore, FEMA's gonna help us get another one and help us move. As I was bidding him adue on the front porch Giz spied a squirrel next door and took off like a bullit as it shot up the tree. He forgot all about feeling bad for a minute...damn fast squirrels. The rest of the evening he layed around and we went to bed early and let out a wimper once in a while, poor little guy was tuckered out. This morning he woke up bout 7 and went in the kitched and had some of his dog food and drank plenty. Like someone said, it will probably take a few days, but looks like the baby is going to be alright so far. Still haven't seen him poop since early yesterday morning, but then there can't be much in that little poop factory yet. Gizmo says "Fank you aww for cawring, I wiw be awright. Dat sweet stuff tastes good, but man......leab it awone!" |
