| So Mad! I'm so angry right now. I was out at lunch driving to get gas when I saw this big bird (not sure what kind but almost as big as a hawk) running across the road with on hurt wing. You could see it running for its little life and so confused at the oncoming traffic. A couple of cars avoided the little thing but this one car ran it over!!!! I was so upset I had to pull over. I started bawling! Just had to vent.

| Oh yuck I would of hoped that people driving would of been more self aware like you were to that bird.

| Awful! To this day I will never forget when I was a little girl we went camping. On our way home we saw two turtles on the shoulder of a two lane highway. I convinced my dad to turn around and go get them for me. After he turned around and we were coming upon the turtles the car in front of us managed to drive onto the shoulder and run BOTH turtles over! It was terrible, I will never forget that! I was so distraught over these poor creatures! My dad was pretty ticked off too!

| It upset me so much that I lost my appetite for lunch. I was praying someone else would run it over to end it's pain and suffering. By the time I drove back that way, there were very little remnants left of the bird, so at least it didn't suffer long. It just upsets me so much that someone would have that little compassion for a living thing. It was just awful watching it all happen.

| That is so awful. Poor bird and poor you for having to witness that. I can imagine how upset you are. It gives me shuders just thinking about it. Maybe there is a Rainbow Tree for poor little birds - I can only hope. |
