Senior Yorkie Talker | Izzy Monster <33 Izzy's first few days home have been quite an adventure. She is such a ball of energy. Potting training is going really well. She "usually" pee's on her pad, but we have yet to get her to poo on them. She is eating very well, and loves playing with her toys. She went to the vet on Monday. Her health is good, and no worms. She goes back on Saturday for her next round of shots. She is so funny. Always wanting mine or Bens attention. Were trying to train her not to bark and whine when we put her in the kitchen. We live in townhouses, so I dont wanna disturb our neighbors. Plus we wont her to be a oh kay with being left alone, and not have a nervous break down when were not home. She has been doing really good with sleeping throughout the night. Even though we prob did a big "no no" by letting her sleep with us lolz. But yea she has def won our hearts. I cant wait to see what other joy my little Izzy Monster brings to us. |

| Congrats! The first week or so is the most stressful because you are setting a routine, and dealing with expectations. But soon you will hit your "stride" and things will settle down. Enjoy you puppy!!!

| I'm glad you are enjoying her so much. You can practice leaving her in there for a few minutes at a time by taking your keys and going out the door. Wait 5 minutes, then return. Next time, try leaving for 10 or 15 minutes, then return. She'll soon learn you will come back.
