| Update on Sasha I picked my sweet baby up today and so far so good. My vet said they removed 10-12 stones and we'll have to wait on the results to determine what the next step is. More than likely a change in diet. I was feeding Wellness small breed but I think we'll have to change because the protein is too high. Sasha seems to be doing pretty well. It was one heck of an incision, it must be at least 2 inches long. He'll get his stitches out in 10 days. He's on antibiotics and pain killers so right now he's just sleeping a LOT and doesn't appear to be in any pain. I'm so thankful everything went well I don't know what I'd do if something had gone wrong. Not to mention his little brother Simba would be lost without out Sasha, he's very attached to him. Thanks to everyone for the kind words and thoughts, I appreciate them more than you know. |
