| I would let them meet her one at a time. Under VERY close supervision! They are going to have to meet her sooner or later!! My new baby Jett just met his brother and sister the other day. (Rhodesian Ridgeback and Rottie) They were so very curious about him. Once they officially did the smell greeting etc. they were very calm. Things went very well. My big dogs are outdoor dogs, and only get together with my yorkies when I bring the yorkies out back!! Good luck!!!!! and congrats on the new baby!!

| We have two bassets 55 lbs each along with a Yorkie, a Shorkie and a baby Shih tzu. We brought them together slowly and now there is no problem. I do supervise them when they're all together but so far "knock wood" no problems. I was a bit nervious at first but now I'm pretty much at each when they're together. |

| I was a nervous wreck when I brought my 3 lb 12 week old Yorkie home to meet my 70 lb Basset Hound! At first we let them play under very close supervision. Once the newness and excitement wore off after a few days, the Basset started to settle down and the play wasn't as rough. My Yorkie is now 6 months and 5 lbs and I don't worry about them at all. They roughhouse all the time but the one who is always crying is the Basset because the Yorkie bites his long ears all the time! The Basset knows he is small and he never bites him during play, he mostly just nudges the Yorkie around with his snout. |
