| Petapotty question Has anyone ever used a PetaPotty?: PetaPotty The Pet's Place of Business I was in Goodwill the other day and I bought one of these for $4.99. It is the 34"x34" size and looks brand new. Lol, when I saw it I thought it looked interesting and might make a good bed for my babies to lay on. It is hard plastic and has the tray but no grass. I can't believe how expensive they are new. I really don't understand how something like this would be better than using washable pee pads. From what I read the dogs are suppose to pee on the carpet and it goes through into the tray. You would still have to deal with cleaning the tray with the pee in it. Also it seems like the 'grass' would get icky fast with them peeing and pooping on it. Can anyone enlighten me as to the advantages of using one of these? I think I will just put a comforter in it and use it as a doggie bed.

| I use one of the potty trays for my two babies. My breeder got me one and I like it. I threw that grass stuff away and they just stand on the grate on top and pee or poop. I have disposable pad inside to soak up urine. I like it cause there is no stepping in pee getting on or while going. To clean it I just put it in the bathtub and spray it with a cleaner then rinse it with hot water and it dries really fast. My Morkie Belle thinks it counts if her front feet are on the tray so I have a washable pad under the edge incase. I also have a 15 week old Maltese and he is already trained on it. |
