| help , info please i am trying to give my 4 yr old a haircut. he gets a little nervous so the vet had told me before that i could give him benadryl, i just cant remember how much & cant get in touch with his vet. he is 4 yrs old, 5 lbs now with no health problems. should i give it to him? if so, how much?

| Wait until your groomer isn't booked (saw your earlier thread) or take him to a different groomer. I wouldn't give him Benadryl or any other medication.

If Benadryl helps your baby, and your vet approves -- I really wouldn't have a problem with it, if it were me. You may only have to use it until your kiddo gets used to grooming anyway.
