| Distemper-wormer make sick? Yesterday I took Kai and Vegas in for their shots ,Kai got a distemper booster and a wormer she came home and started throwing up ,she has had these before and this never happened .she threw up for about 2 hours every 15 min so I took her back to the vet ,He gave her a shot to stop the vomiting , and said next time we go in for shots to try to only do one thing at a time , I was just wondering if anyone elses yorkie has done this?? Thanks so much!!!

| well dollar had two shots Distember and parvo...he didnt get sick, but I was told that would be normal...or that some do it some dont. He was just really tired...but I have not heard to do them one at a time. He just got one on one sholder and one on the other

| Princess is just really tired when she get her shots. Could it have been something else? Glad you went back to your Vet. Hope Kai feels better soon.

| Gus got sick after a set of shots but I don't remember what ones it was. He was shaking, thowing up and was running a little fever. He didn't want to eat so I forced him to take some nutri-cal and drink some water with syring and was going to take him first thing in the morning since the vet was already closed. But he woke up just fine the next morning. One hungry little guy and ready to play. It was the fist and last time he got sick after shots. I did tell the vet what happened and they put it in his file and they now know not to give him the 2 at the same time again.
