| Usually it is a sign of hunger, an empty stomach. Teddy used to do it a lot, and just this morning Max did it. I found that giving a few kibble right before bedtime solved the problem. We did trick training before bed and the kibble were the rewards.

| I agree with Maximo - it's an empty tummy symptom. Rio and Bullet get a teaspoon of lowfat plain organic yogurt before bedtime and first thing in the morning. They free feed and sometimes forget to eat!

| I'll agree with the others. This usually happens because of an empty stomach. You might try a little doggie biscuit at bedtime to tide your Yorkie over until morning. Teresa |
