| Kind of a little mad So a little bit ago my cousin unexpectedly came over because she needed Brandon(my roommate) to look at her phone. Well my two sisters were over also and she was trying to show them something and she was kind of bent over and so Silver started jumping on her legs trying to get her attention and out of nowhere she pushes Silver off and goes "Stop and get off of me." Well first of all we've been learning at pet class if you don't want her jumping on you ignore her and she will walk away. But the thing is everyone who has ever walked in since I've had Silver has no problem with this seeing as they all love her and pick her up and play with her as soon as they step foot in the door. I just thought it was a little rude that she would come in my house uninvited and be hateful with my puppy, especially seeing as all she wanted was to play and get a little attention(by the way my two sisters already had her excited and playful so she was in the mood and she had never met my cousin so she wanted to check her out). I have never been mean to her dog when she has brought it to our grandparents home even though it jumps on everyone (It's a bigger dog, way bigger) and begs for food. So I ended up biting my tongue hoping she would hurry and leave and my little sister ended up holding Silver until she left. Sorry I'm ranting and rambling just a little mad because I thought it was rude for someone to come into my home where my dog lives and expect whatever she expected of Silver who is only 20wks old. What would you all say/do if someone had done something like this?

| I would have picked up Silver and told her that Silver was only trying to be friendly and say hello. Maybe she would have felt embarassed by her remark. |

| I would have asked her to leave. I have done it before and will not hesitate to do it again.

| Yes, I know I would have been mad and I know I do not hold my tongue. Next time she comes over maybe you could say something like, "Let me put her up so you don't hurt her feelings like you did the last time." |

| Well good thing is she only comes to my house once in a blue moon(Usually when she needs something). Her and I have never been close. She's not the type of person I like to associate with. But next time my little sister might not be here and I won't be so quick to bite my tongue.

| My "sister in law" came over unexpected one day and told me my Elsa was ugly. I immediately went off like a 12 year old girl saying something stupid like "your Momma" Boy the things our babies will make us do. LOL |

| LOL !! I probably would have said something like "Come to mommy Silver. Pay no attention to that mean lady". I have said these exact words to my daughter when she has said something about my babies.

| Next time say: "Sorry. She's only 20 weeks old so she's not a good judge of character yet."

| I've dealt with this, unfortunately. My step-sister seems to have a vendetta against Jackson, or maybe it's me, who knows. She will kiss and love on my dads two dogs and the minute Jackson would come over, she'd be all "ew, get away from me!" It hurt my feelings... because Jackson is like my child, and he doesn't get excited to see very many people (he's shy, so he has a select few that he's SUPER excited to see!) One day, I had had enough.... we were out by the pool and he jumped up on her lap and she pushed him off of her, and I started screaming at her, LOL. She started screaming back, we got in a huge fight... well now, the two get along just fine for the most part. She's come to accept how 'passionate' I'm gonna be about my dog, and that Jackson loves her to pieces, so now they are friends, though we rarely see my step-sister anyways.

| My friend is like that with my dogs. When she comes over to my home she pushes them away and that really pisses me off because we never do that to her dogs. We even lock up our basset hounds when people come over because they can be over powering, but the little guys are so friendly they love everybody and I hate to see the look in their eyes when she pushes them away She has a big St Bernard that comes over to you and and drools all over you and a little Shih tzu. I told my friend that next time we go to her home we are going to push her dogs away and see how see likes it, but then I can't do it because it's not the dog's fault that her owner acts stupid sometimes and two wrongs don't make a right. Most of the time she is a real good friend and she's helped us out alot so I bite my tongue. |
