YT Addict | Car seats & cuddle Cups I need some assistance. I just got a new King Ranch Ford Pickup for my daily work truck and a Denali to travel with the family. Obviously she sits up front when we travel alone but could get bumped to a back seat with her Daddy in the car, need variable options. I want to change Mia's car seat, it worked well in the Excursion but doesn't work well now. She is right at 3# can anyone suggest good car seats? She travels a lot with me and her safety is terribly important. On another note, she has started recently burrowing into the blankets and covers, I think she would enjoy a cuddle cup ideas? Is shaggier better or more velour? Looking for the pro's to guide me. |

| I have a Snoozer car seat and waiting to hear from the company about a color so I can order another. There may be a few threads already about carseats.... You may want to do a search.

| Seat belt Does your pick up have a console? My girl and I travel from Vegas to Carson City (8hr drive) 3-4 times a year to help my elderly folks. Additionally she gets motion sick and needs to see over the dash. I use a leash wraped around the center posts of the head rests with a drop piece attached between the two seats that hangs down just far enough to let TicTac lay down on the console. I measured and marked the entire contraption and took it to my shoe repair shop to firmly stitch it together. It is ajustable and removable. I neatly glued a non-skid pad to the top of the console so she (or her mini-bed) won't slip off. The drop piece attaches nicely to her harness (never a collar) and keeps her safely out of the way of my driving and most importantly away from the air bags. Just being up front and close to me keeps her calm and safe at the same time. Now she pops up onto the console and waits for me to hook her up for our long trips. |

| Both Snoozer and PetGear make a very nice console car seat that is specifically made for the pups under 6 lbs. They snuggle very nicely inside it and are still high enough to see out the window. I love mine!

| i have a Ford F X 4 that I drive. I bought the Snoozer console seat. Macy is 5 lbs. and can sit in it and see out the windshield. The only thing my husband complains about is he doesn't have a place to rest his arm when he is driving. When I drive it doesn't bother me to have her on the console. Macy will sit in it and let me snap the inside belt to her harness and she can ride sitting or standing up. The Snoozer is made of a hard foam, not sure what the other ones are made of.

| Levi has a Snoozer car seat and we both love it. He always sits in the back passenger seat so he can see me while I'm driving. He loves being able to look out the window, it's super cozy, and I love knowing he is safe in the backseat. Here is a picture of little man in his Snoozer. We were in a parking lot and he was checking out his surroundings.
