| Did his ears myself for the first time. Okay so I went and bought the min groomer clippers and did my Yorkies ears myself. Whatcha think, are they okay? The first one is a "Before" picture.

| Good job ! He/she is so cute! But why do you shave the whole ear ? I just shave a V on a half of the ear the rest is with long hairs (but not too long, maybe 1-2 a year I cut them a little bit).

| Well I was actually trying to just do the tip but he was squrmy and so then I had to even the ears. I sure hope it does get easier each time. Although he was pretty calm. My little girl was frantic but I did her ears and just took longer to help her get through it and relax. They both got treats for getting their ears done. That part they loved! I am not going to give up, just going to take it slow. Anyone have a taping suggestion for me. My little girl has one ear up and the other ear only goes up sometimes. Most of the time it is floppy. I had hopped with the hair not weighing it down it might just "pop up". I am thinking about tapping it but since I have not needed to do that before I am unsure of the process. Thank you everyone for the words of encouragement.

| Before his ears were trimmed, they matched the rest of him and gave him a unique and adorable look, but you did a good job on the trim. Usually the rule of thumb is trimming them a third down. Congratulations!
