| ANOTHER pet food recall!!!! Here is the info.... Pet Food Recall PLEASE PLEASE feed your pets a good, high quality, natural pet food. I know a lot of people are concerned about cost but there are really affordable pet foods that are great quality without the fillers and by-products. Look at the food you are feed. The more ingredients, the more likely to have bad stuff in it. My dogs food literally has 3 ingredients! beef, chicken, and chicken broth. I use Natures Select and love it! They are extremely affordable (costs less than most store bought foods). I know that link is a local link for me, but if you contact them, they can tell you where to find the food in your area. Most likely can be delivered for FREE. All of my friends use this food as well. I am sure there are lots of other great foods out there, this was just a suggestion. Find something that works for YOU and your pets, but make sure it is good stuff. Don't get caught up in one of these recalls

| Thank you for the information, I currently use royal canin, but it seems as if Nature's select is more affordable! I'm going to order a free sample to see how Teddy likes it! |

| awww, I'm sorry they are not in your area. I'm sure there are other great foods you can find. The feed stores are usually a good place to find organic foods for a good price.

| Nope, they just said thank you for calling...I haven't done extensive research for a different food, do you have a website or chart that you use that gives good product reviews? |

| Thanks for posting the recall! I just had a great day yesterday -- went to our local hardware store because I heard they started selling different brands of dog food. They had previously only had Nutro/Natural Choice, which I was not happy with. To my pleasant suprise They are selling Solid Gold, Evo, Innova, Merrick (but only in cans?) , and others! I got excited as only a dog lover could get over dog food selection! But we are a small town with no previous access to this sort of premium dog food selection before! The neighboring town did recently get a Petsmart but that only offers a step above the grocery store brands. Now I can really get quality food without paying an arm & a leg for shipping! We are now testing Innova and Solid Gold.

| Pepe Mint I love your avatar the glasses are adorable. I used Dog Food Reviews - All Products - Powered by ReviewPost to do my research on top dog foods. I decided on what I thought was the best and tried different brands until I found one that Buster and I agreed upon. |
