| snow Just wondering how many have babies that like and play in the snow? Belle was way to small last year to be out in the cold. This year so far she has only seen snow from the door and from what my dh tracks in. She likes to bite at it and lick it up. My dh was filling the bird feeders and I opened the patio door to tell him what went where and Belle stepped out the door on to the patio covered with snow I'd have given anything for a pic of her face. She looked at me to pick her up, heaven forbid she have to step in more. I made her turn herself around and come back inside by herself. I guess that lets out romping in the snow! |

| LOL. That would have been a great pic. My two played in snow a little last year. I went to Tahoe after Christmas and took them out. They just love to run and run. I'll get some pics this year.

| I guarantee two of mine have never seen snow-Elvis maybe but he doesn't seem to like cold-here in Cali we don't get much of an opportunity to see the snow...we actually drove 3 hours a couple weekends ago so we (the non-furry family) could see the snow, I wanted to take the dogs but the BF insisted it would cruel of me to force our sun dogs to go in the snow-they weren't equip...I'm getting snow gear for them to use next year so they can come too. Does everyone here that takes their dogs in the snow use snow gear? |

| My dogs love the snow. This was Zach and Zoe's first snow fall and they had a ball. My two Basset Hounds have had snow before. Zach my little 8 month old Yorkie ran right into the snow Zoe my 1 year old Shorkie ran out, stopped short, looked at her paws looked at me and then said "What the Hell" and ran after Zach. and her two Basset sisters. I couldn't keep them indoors, they must have gone out about 20 times. I wish I had a revolving door. |
