| HAS ANYONE BEEN SCAMMED BY YUMYUM YORKIES in MIAMI FL? I just got scammed by them- I sent 2 bank wires totaling 2,350.00 and the people are still the same but others have joined. The people who scammed me were Nina Lopez and Magaly Amador. They also have some other company that sells circuit testers that are also a scam. I am speaking to ABC news in Miami and they want to do a story- If anyone has been scammed by them or knows someone who has, please let me know! They have a very long record at the Dade County Clerk of Courts records department. They had their names (yumyum yorkies, babydoll Yorkies, Yorkilicious, etc.,..). changed many times to hide their tracks. I am literally on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I scraped & saved that money for over a year for 2 babies to love. They need to be stopped!!!! I told the news station I would go to Miami if I had to when they asked me if I would. |

| I also got scammed by some african scammers and it cost me about $3700 for only one dog. I also wish I had been part of YT before I got into the mess. It's really sad that there are some creeps around who think nothing of getting money from people. I guess it was fate bcause if I hadn't been scammed I never would have gotten Zach. My friend got him for me because I was so depressed. It taught me a very important lesson though. I will never never get a dog or even a goldfish from somebody on the internet unless I can meet them first. Also I learned never wire money to anybody. As soon as they mention this you should know it's a scam. Last edited by lexi43; 12-09-2010 at 06:42 PM. |

| I am so sorry. I wish you had found Yorkietalk sooner. We could have steered you in the right direction. When you get your money back...and you will. Ask Yorkietalk about where to look for your babies.

| Very sorry-hope you not only seek news agencies but legal recourse! If you are looking for a Yorkie pup-talk to people on here first I didn't get "scammed" but I did get a genetically sick dog wish I had been on YT before (then again I wouldn't have my Elvie-roo so nevermind-I don't regret getting him at all!) because his original breeder and the breeder who re-homed him to me both are known as "bad breeders" on here...my only legal recourse is to send him back to the lady I adopted him from for a replacement pup or a refund-neither of which I want, nor would I consider sending him back, I'm so in love with him after the first day and considering his condition when he came to me, no way! |
