| Care Credit? I've been looking into this. Read some not so good things online about it. I know the terms of the interest free options (must make min payments on time each month & total must be paid in full before promotional time period is up or interest will be accrued from date of purchase/charge). Anyone have experience with Care Credit card?

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I've heard some great things about it, there's no interest accrued if you pay within the time prescribed. What have you heard bad about it?

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I use it and have never had a problem. It sure comes in handy in emergencies! You do have to pay back within a certain amount of time or you are hit with the interest. If I'm thinking correctly the amount of time you have to pay back depends on the amount you charge...but I'm not certain about that.

| I just read some negative reviews online about still being charged late fees & interest even though payments were made on time & within the time frame. I tend to dismiss most of the neg. reviewsI read b/c most pertained to being charged interest when a payment was not made on time (duh, all interest free cards I've ever seen have that requirement!). I figured at least a few YT'ers had used it & could give me an accurate review. I trust yall. It sounds good, especially considering Lulu may need LP surgery in the future & the surgeon we will be referred to accepts Care Credit. I'm just trying to be fully prepared so we don't make any rash decisions. How I read the payment options is that it is based on what payback options the healthcare provider has set up. So it would be up to the surgeon if he accepts 6,12 or 18 months interest free. At least that was my understading from the Care Credit website. It would be great to get a year interest free.

| we offered it at our pet hospital and i believe it is the BEST alternate option if your vet dosen't offer a payment plan. if either of my pups ever need immediate surgeries or procedures that cost over a thousand i'll be signing right up for carecredit. they are also accepted at lots of human health care providers and make a great option if you just can't up front the money. i don't know much about their terms or contracts, but i've never heard anything bad and they they do approve almost everyone and it's FAST approval online right away. |

| I used to have it and never had a problem with it. You just have to make sure to make the payments on time in order to keep it interest free.

| Thank you all! If it does come down to surgery for Lulu in the next few months, we will probably have to do Care Credit. It's good to hear positive reviews.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I have it and have used it about 4 times and had no problems. I used it for Pixie's LP surgery in May and I have 1 year to pay it back with no interest.
