not ending love Donating Member | I want to adopt a yorkie pls read Hello everybody, yesterday me and my bf went to the movies at the mall, since we had an hr to kill before the movie, we went to the pet store to look for booties for the kids, well i saw the most beautiful and sad silkie terrier pup there, it broke my heart, he was so sad, if i didn't know any better i would buy him, when i left there i was almost crying, I don't know, i started thinking of all dogs that are in a need of a place and i finally made up my mind (I been thinking about this a lot) I'm ready to adopt a dog. Now, I don't want a "free" dog, I want to help one, I said yorkie, but it could be a mix, as long is small, i dont care about age or gender, but it has to be good with other dogs, everybody that knows me here, know i have 3 babies, that i love VERY much, so they have to get along, if anybody here knows about a dog that needs a home, pls let me know, we move to a new place, we have a yard now and well, i'm an animal lover...so that's it, thanks everybody for reading and have a great day!!!!!

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | You sound alot like myself.... i have 5 dogs... 2 big dogs and 3 little ones... As long you can provide for their needs and everyone remain happy, then I say GREAT!! I'm sure you will make 1 sweet little lonely dog happy. My chocolate lab was my rescue when she was 12 weeks old... and I know that she loves me for that.. She reminds me every day with licks and kisses

Poppy's Mamma ♥ Donating Member | I know the feeling. I visit my local shelter regularly to donate food and I cant help but take a look around, I just want them all. If I had a huge house and lots of money I would have adopted every last one. We were there last weekend and there was the most beautiful male lurchur there, he was a stray and didnt even have a name. We took him for a walk and every few minutes he would stop and throw himself against me for a hug, it was heartbreaking. I wish I could have taken him home but I dont have the room and he was a really big dog. Maybe some day.... Good luck in your search!

I can't explain the feeling you get when you help a dog that no one loves or cares about. And I think they always know that too.

| I adopted my little guy over 2 years ago and couldn't be happier. I went back and forth about getting a second yorkie for a long time. Then it hit me... I would become a foster mom. I could help another dog, see if my guy would get along with another dog in his house, and finally, see if I could handle more than 1 dog. I just adopted the tiny pom female I was fostering. I am in heaven!!!! The only down side is that for the foreseeable future I won't be able to foster another dog. 2 is quite enough for now. |
